When you purchase Season of Mastery gold, you should choose the realm you are playing on and fill in your correct character name.
There are three delivery methods, and you can choose any one of them:
Mailbox: Our supplier will mail you SoM gold by in-game mailbox. After we have delivered part or all gold of your order, we will send a delivery email to inform you. After an hour of being informed, you can check your mail at one of the cities or town mailboxes to get your gold.
Auction House: Please put one or a few items at Auction House with 5% more than the total amount on your order since we will compensate you for the 5% AH fee. As is the case with the Mailbox method, after we have delivered, you will be informed, then you can receive your SoM gold after an hour.
Face to Face: Our supplier will whisper you in the game, then usually meet up in Azeroth to trade gold. By this way, you must be online when our gold is ready. So sometimes, we might ask you if we can mail when our gold is ready, but you can't be online.
