No, there will not be a wipe. GGG will introduce new leagues, but none of your characters will be deleted; they will simply be moved to a league called Early Access (so they will never be in Standard). However, characters in old leagues might be affected by balance changes. After the launch, the "Early Access" characters will still remain.
