If you're struggling to clear the Pit 150 in Diablo 4 Season 6, especially with the Quill Volley Spiritborn build, this guide is for you. I'll share some strategies and tips to help you complete the task. Sometimes, a small adjustment can make a huge difference. I hope you can conquer the Pit 150 challenge. Let's get started!

Gear Overview

For this build, you can use the following items in Diablo 4:

•  Duelist Aspect: The main aspect I use in this build.

•  Shroud of False Death: Provides extra survivability.

•  Plains Power on Gloves: Increases attack power.

•  Interdiction on Pants: Enhances defense.

•  Soil Power: Chosen over Apprehension.

•  Banish Lord's Talisman: Boosts overall stats.

•  Redirected Force Legendary Aspect on one ring: Enhances specific skill effects.

•  Fell Soothsayer on the other ring: Provides additional buffs.

•  Rod of Keepeleke: The key item to complete the build.

In this guide, I recommend using Soil Power instead of Apprehension because your gear might not be as strong. Soil Power currently has a minor bug. When you encounter enemies with a purple damage reduction aura, placing a Mystic Circle and using any centipede skill within the circle will turn it green. This means the Mystic Circle is affected by the centipede skill, disabling the damage reduction aura. If you didn't know this, give it a try—it might speed up your clears.

Another important aspect to consider is ensuring your gloves have a Lucky Hit, with up to a 15% chance to restore some primary resource. These gloves allow you to replace the Midnight Sun ring and complete the entire setup. You also need to equip the Duelist aspect on your helmet, as it increases the maximum ferocity stacks and provides multiplicative damage from Plains Power based on your ferocity. The Duelist aspect states that casting a Jaguar skill within a Mystic Circle (all your skills are Jaguar skills) keeps your ferocity maximized and increases damage based on the legendary aspect. Therefore, throughout the run, you need to pull all enemies into the Mystic Circle as much as possible.

Game Strategy

When clearing the Pit 150, focus on hunting elite packs. This is the fastest way to fill the progress bar and clear efficiently. Here are the steps:

1. Hunt Elite Packs: Find and kill elite packs to quickly fill the progress bar.

2. Overpull: Use the Fell Soothsayer aspect to pull more mobs into the Mystic Circle, maximizing your skill effects.

3. Handle Damage Reduction Aura Enemies: Pull these enemies into the Mystic Circle and use skills to quickly kill them.

4. Skill Rotation: Maintain the same skill rotation, casting skills within the Mystic Circle to maximize damage output.

Skill Rotation

Start with Armored Hide, then use Scourge, Vortex, Hunter, and Vortex again to maximize resilience stacks. Scourge enhances the Mystic Circle and removes damage dampening, Vortex pulls enemies in, and Hunter resets the last skill (Vortex) and overfills max ferocity. Use Quill Volley Jaguar skills for high damage output. When Ra taunts every 25 seconds, you get a 15% multiplicative damage boost, and Onion increases attack speed. On Pit 150, focus on elite packs, but sometimes you'll encounter annoying damage reduction enemies. Gear with Soil Power can remove these effects. We're doing well on the timer, with 13 minutes left and on the second floor. We quickly pass through normal mobs, looking for elites, drop the combo, and move on. Always keep Ravager active and maintain all buffs.it

When fighting within the Mystic Circle, note the difference in damage. Once the Mystic Circle is activated, damage output significantly increases, but be cautious as enemies will retaliate. Without maximum resistance and armor, you may take damage. Activating the Protection Shrine improves the situation. Continue moving forward, familiarizing yourself with the map, and knowing that there will be elite monsters in the center. After placing the Mystic Circle, use Armored Hide, Scourge, Vortex, Hunter, and Vortex in sequence, always keeping Ravager active. Use Quill Volley skills to move quickly. When encountering enemies with damage reduction auras, the green Mystic Circle (enhanced by Soil Power) will help.

Bosses to Avoid Fighting

Now, let's head to the boss's location. It's crucial to find bosses with adds. If a boss doesn't have adds, it's not ideal. Here are some bosses to avoid as they can waste your time:

•  Bramble

•  Mother's Judgment

•  Chief Marauder

•  Den Mother (although she spawns adds at around 40% health, it's still a time waste)

If you reach the boss within the time limit, you can do other runs to make it easier. We continue, and the boss appears—Slither. Slither is a good boss because he spawns adds. You'll notice he's on a Mystic Circle, so we get ferocity stacks. When adds appear, pull them in and try to snapshot vulnerable targets with Fell Soothsayer. We can cut down 25% of his health on a single add.

Boss Slithe

Continue the same rotation, wait for adds to spawn, and you can easily take down the boss. Pull more adds towards the boss, group them together. You'll see this boss taking massive damage in the Pit 150. These Slithers are down. Too many adds, Belial pops off, and you've completed the Pit 150 with the strategy.

Mercenary Skill Tree

For mercenary, I recommend the Valiance, including Shield Charge, Raheir's Guard, Provoke, and Mocking Lure, which increases your damage every 25 seconds. For reinforcement mercenaries, choose Varyana, the Bloodthirsty option, which triggers whenever you cast a skill in combat.

Movement Speed Bug

Additionally, be mindful of the movement speed bug when casting skills in combat. You can exploit this trick, known as the mount bug or movement speed bug. Open the character panel and find your movement speed. In the skill tree, navigate to the Efficiency group, where there's a Brilliant node that increases Quill Volley damage based on your movement speed.

To use this trick, press mount and sprint simultaneously, then press mount again. After hearing the sound, press mount again. Check your stats and materials; your movement speed will be 200%. If you get off this horse, you'll see wind lines across your character, indicating maximum movement speed. This trick helps you move faster between mob groups, completing the Pit 150 more quickly.
