The Elder Scrolls Online's Q3 update, known as Update 43, is set to go live on August 19th for PC players. This highly anticipated update brings a range of new features, changes, and additions to the game. In this article, Ninja Pulls will show you the main content of the update, providing a comprehensive overview of what you can expect.

Home Tours

Home Tours is a lovely little update that lets you list your homes for viewing and visit listings from other players.

Class Sets

Below are the seven Class Sets coming to ESO once the Update 43 launches:

Spattering Disjunction (Arcanist)

Pyrebrand (Dragonknight)

Corpseburster (Necromancer)

Umbral Edge (Nightblade)

Beacon of Oblivion (Sorcerer)

Aetheric Lance (Templar)

Aerie's Cry (Warden)

The Infinite Archive is getting more spice and variety. Not only to tempt back those of us who've collected most of what's on offer but also to entice those who don't spend much time there. One example is the new daily quest to kill Marauders or Fabled enemies since you don't even see those enemies until Arc 2 and upwards. There will also be a new consumable, which turns you into a random Avatar, depending on whether or not you have the relevant Visions collected. These new features were aimed at players who don't stay in the Archive long enough to collect all the Avatar Visions and have missed out on all the fun of using them.

Furthermore, there will also be ten new Cycle bosses, two new Marauders called Bittog and Zulfimblel, new Fabled enemies, and a bunch of new Verses and Visions, including an undead Avatar.

Two new Arena environments, Fire and Ice, are coming as well with new environmental hazards, forcing you to watch your footing, especially on higher Arcs.

Class Changes

Arcanist

Cephaliarch's Flail (morph) no longer has execute scaling and only heals you if it deals damage. The other morph, Tentacular Dread, now hits twice as hard when consuming three cruxs.

Necromancer

Necromancer now receives Major Prophecy and Savagery from Shocking Siphon. They also get Major Brutality and Sorcery from the Skeletal Archer or Skeletal Mage. This makes it a lot easier for Necromancers to use Tri-Stat potions if they want.

Unnerving Boneyard now gets Minor Vulnerability, and Summoner's Armor now provides Minor Resolve. Intensive Mender now heals three targets Agony Totem applies Major Cowardice. Ghostly Embrace now has more damage functionality, and Sacrificial Bones can now be pre-buff out of combat.

On the downside, you can no longer generate corpses out of combat for the Ultimate generation.

Nightblade

Veiled Strike and its morphs are no longer Shadow abilities but Assassination abilities, meaning they grant all the passive bonuses from that skill line but no Major Resolve. Meanwhile, Blur becomes a Shadow ability, and the Shadow Barrier passive now grants Major Resolve for 12 seconds at base, increasing by 2 seconds per piece of heavy armor. Also, Funnel Health now heals up to three targets.

Sorcerer

Sorcerer will become slightly less obnoxious in PvP since Daedric Curse can now be blocked.

Warden

Warden's Arctic Blast no longer heals and stuns. It instantly deals direct damage. After 2 seconds, the DoT starts ticking and either stuns enemies or heals you if no enemies were stunned. It also has a lower chance to apply Chilled.

Piercing Cold is also changed to activate when you deal Frost damage. If you have 30K Health or more, it increases block mitigation. Also, if your Health is below 30K, it increases your damage done by 8%.

Both of these changes are aimed at PvP, and they do hurt the magical Warden a bit, but at least they open up other options besides the master's frost staff.

Vampire

A Vampire passive called Undeath now reduces damage taken by 10% rather than 30. But you no longer need to be Stage 3 to get it.

Fighter's Guild

Silver Leash will pull enemies consistently without the need to spam it.

Scribing

1. Ink now drops from chests and heavy sacks.

2. Grimoires now react when you add scripts to them with tooltip increases to make them more competitive.

3. Many of the Script effects have been tuned up a little.

4. Goading Smash, the taunt version, has been changed to require a target so you don't taunt the wrong thing by accident.

5. A few specific combos got big buffs. For example, Vault + Heal is now 55% stronger.

6. Affix Scripts got some more major buffs and debuffs added to the mix. For instance, Trample now grants Major Heroism instead of Minor. The general rule is that Major buffs last 10 seconds on scribed abilities, while minor buffs last 20.

7. Damage over Time Scripts are fixed to stop breaking Stealth.

8. Scripts now stack in your inventory and should all cost the same when sold to vendors.

9. Scribing Alters have been added to Cyrodiil and Imperial City bases.

Gear Sets

There are no big changes to gear sets. But a lot of procs that could be dispelled have now been fixed. Also, sets like Runecarver and Null Arca will now have the damage properly recorded by Trial dummies.

Curation

Curated coffers from the Undaunted (not the basic one key coffer but the dungeon specific purple coffers) will now cost eight keys instead of five. That makes it easier to collect all those Monster sets you might need one day. Furthermore, the weekly Trial rewards and Imperial City vendors will also be curated.

Housing

A load of new furnishings and two new houses (Seabloom Villa and Haven of the Five Companions) will be added to the game. If you are interested in buying houses with gold in ESO, it’s time to start saving up some gold coins.

Skill Styles

New skill styles are also arriving, including some that haven't been announced.

Three are available for Undaunted Keys or Archival Fortunes:

•     Twin Slashes, Lilac Purple

•     Momentum, Vibrant Yellow

•     Elemental Storm, Violet Purple

Three more are available via Fragment Chases, with additional rotating sourcing via Filer Ool.

•     Silver Bolts, Gold

•     Roar, Green

•     Annulment, Yellow

Loads of Bug Fixes

In addition to a ton of fixes for quests, items, etc., some crashes in UI errors and bugs with the Group Finder system will also be fixed.
