Refund Policy

Note: Please make sure that your order is correct before paying. All unused products are eligible for a refund, and cancellation requests before delivery are also acceptable.

You and MmoGah will issue refunds and credits. We reserve the right to address any problems you may have before initiating the refund process. For assistance, please get in touch with us first at support@mmogah.com to resolve any issues. Refunds may take time to process and require management approval; however, we aim to complete them as quickly as possible, usually within one workday. After issue ng a refund, it typically takes 3-5 days for the money to appear in your payment source.

Our return policy allows returns within 14 days for products in new condition. The same 14-day period applies to products in used condition. This policy is applicable in all countries. Under the following conditions, we may issue refunds:

1. The product you purchased is out of stock, and the delivery time exceeds the estimated arrival time. You must request a return within 14 days for unused products. Products that have been traded and are no longer in new condition cannot be refunded to ensure the security of both accounts. We will not assess any fees for refunds on unused products.

2. Occasionally, we may require payment verification. If you refuse or fail to respond to our request within five days, we will cancel your order and issue a refund.

3. If your payment is less than the price on our website, you can make the whole payment. If you refuse or fail to respond within five days, we will cancel your order and issue a refund.
