Goblin Archer

These enemies are ranged attackers that can shoot arrows at you from a distance. They have low health and defense, so they can be killed quickly once you reach them. They are usually found in groups and can be very annoying. To deal with them, you can either use your own ranged attacks, such as spells or bows or close the gap and engage them in melee combat. You can also use cover, stealth, or smoke bombs to avoid their arrows. Using walls and corners to your advantage is also a very good idea.

Goblin Warrior

These enemies are melee fighters that wield axes or swords. They are also usually found in groups and can swarm you if you are not careful. To kill them, you can either use your own melee attacks, such as weapon skills or abilities or keep your distance and use ranged attacks. You can also use traps, puzzles, or diversions to lure or confuse them. Sometimes, after taking damage, they will flee and gesture at you. It can be tempting to follow them, but oftentimes, they will immediately turn around and whack you, so don’t follow them unless you know your next attack will kill them. They have moderate health and defense but are vulnerable to critical hits and debuffs.

Goblin Mage

Goblin Mage is spellcasters that have low health and defense but high magic resistance and mana regeneration. They are often accompanied by other goblins and can support them with shields or heals. To deal with them, you can either use your own spells, such as magic skills or abilities, or interrupt their casting with stun, silence, or sleep effects. You can also use stealth, speed, or critical hits to surprise and eliminate them.

Skeleton Mage

These enemies are undead spellcasters that can cast fireballs at you with very good accuracy. They are often accompanied by other skeletons. As with Goblin Mage, you can use your own spells, such as magic skills or abilities, or interrupt their casting with stun, silence, or sleep effects to defeat them. You can also use dark damage, such as the warlock's shadow bolt skill or the bard's dirge of darkness perk, to drain their mana and deal extra damage. They have low health and defense, but they have high magic power and mana regeneration.

Moreover, their fireball deals explosive AoE damage and leaves a very dangerous damage over time effect on the floor. When they or another enemy nearby is damaged, they will cast a protection spell, which seems to block 100% of damage. The safest way to deal with them is to lure them close to a corner and force them to damage themselves with their own fireball. Sometimes, this option is unavailable, and so you’ll have to resort to strafe-dodging.

Skeleton Footman

Skeleton Footman is the most common and simple enemy type. These enemies are undead soldiers that wield spears or halberds. They are usually found in castles or fortresses and can be very skilled. To deal with them, you can either use your own piercing attacks, such as the rogue's rupture skill or the ranger's arrow storm perk or parry their attacks with weapons or shields. You can also use magic damage, such as the wizard's arcane blast skill or the cleric's smite perk, to break their bones and deal extra damage. They have moderate health and defense, but they have high accuracy and range. There are two variants of this enemy: one with a shield, who will always counter with an attack if the shield is hit, and one without a shield. These two are functionally more or less the same below the Nightmare tier.

Skeleton Guardman

These enemies are undead soldiers that wield swords or shields. They are usually found in castles or fortresses and can be very tough. To deal with them, you can either use your own slashing attacks, such as the fighter's cleave skill or the barbarian's whirlwind perk or break their shields with weapons or spells. You can also use fire damage, such as the wizard's fireball skill or the fighter's flaming sword perk, to melt their metal and deal extra damage. They have high health and defense, but they have low speed and mobility.

Skeleton Archer

They are undead archers that shoot arrows at you from a distance, which is a very common and troublesome enemy. They have low health and defense but high evasion and damage. As with Goblin Archer, you can use your own ranged attacks or close the gap and engage them in melee combat. You can also use cover, stealth, or smoke bombs to avoid their arrows.

You can use your environment to your advantage, as archers are not smart enough to know when you’re behind a wall. If your damage is too low, you may need to repeat this process a few times, but if you have enough damage to kill them in one cycle, your life will be much easier. One of the bigger issues is when there are Archers combined with other enemies. The best idea is to lead the melee enemies away from the Archer or behind a corner, deal with the melee enemies first, and then kill the Archer last.

Mummy

Mummy is undead creatures that can inflict poison or curse effects on you. They have high health and defense but with low speed and agility. They are usually found in tombs or crypts and can be very resilient. To deal with them, you can either use your own poison or curse effects, such as the rogue's poisoned weapon perk or the warlock's curse of agony skill or cleanse their effects with potions or spells. You can also use fire damage, such as the wizard's fireball skill or the fighter's flaming sword perk, to burn them and deal extra damage. Although they are a melee-type enemy, sometimes, they will make a forward lunge with great range. Just dodge this and simply strafe to the side when you see it.

Zombie

Zombie is undead creatures that can bite you and infect you with a zombie virus. They have moderate health and defense but a high attack and infection rate. They are usually found in sewers or catacombs and can be very aggressive. To kill them, you can use your bite attacks, such as the barbarian's feral bite skill or the cleric's holy bite perk, or cure the infection with potions or spells. You can also use blunt damage, such as the fighter's shield bash skill or the barbarian's skull crusher perk, to smash their heads and deal extra damage. For their first attempted attack, they will spit out a lingering gas cloud that does damage over time. The summon animation is very long, but the cloud can become extremely inconvenient. When their cloud attack is on cooldown, they will use a simple close-range swipe that is very easy to avoid.

Death Skull

They are flying skulls that can shoot lasers from their eyes. They are usually found in dark areas and can be hard to spot. To deal with them, you can either use your own lasers, such as the wizard's ray of frost skill or the ranger's laser sight perk or dodge their lasers with agility and movement speed, as flying enemies always try to fly directly towards the player and do a lunge in a straight line. Of course, if your damage is high enough, you can directly one-shot them. Using light sources, such as torches or spells, can reveal them and make them easier to hit. Death skull has low health and defense but high evasion and damage.
