Note
1. Leveling
Use Sunder with a 2h axe for the entire campaign / early maps
2. Sunder
Added Fire Dmg (swap to Fist of War in A4)
Close Combat (swap to Brutality in A4)

+Ruthless (if 6L)
3. Path towards Resolute Technique (pick it up sometime in A3). Don't forget Spirit of War for mana leech!
4. Ascendancy
You can literally ignore your Ascendancy until you reach maps and are ready to swap to Dual Strike. If you want to min-max, you can first choose the Ancestral Commander ascendancy and then swap over to Antiquarian later. Only do this if you know what you're doing!
5. Keep using Sunder until you're around level 80 and have ALL of the following items:
1) Nightgrip
2) Ynda's Stand (be sure to defense catalyze it!)
3) Elegant Hubris (conquered by Caspiro > this is required to counteract Antiquarian's "Lioneye's Hair" node)
4) Rare Armor/Evasion body armor with at least 1.7k to each
5) Frostbreath (main-hand weapon)
6) Decent rare claw (offhand weapon > looking for high attack speed & crit multi > choose a base-type with +life on hit!)
7) Dual Strike of Ambidexterity
6. You'll also likely need 15-20 Orbs of Regret (maybe more, depending on how much gold you have!) to change your passive tree over, so factor those into the cost as well.
7. Ascendancy Order:
Kalguuran Armor > Starlight Reflector > Lioneye's Hair > Runic Tablet
