General Strengths
Clear Speed
You just use a shield charge toward enemies. They will get automatically shocked, and with a single click, you will make an amazing explosive that clears your whole screen.
Boss Damage
That lightning conduit is capable of amazing single-target damage everyone knows. But with this build, the shock never ends, and you can keep hitting that lightning conduit and melting big bosses like they are nothing.
Survivability
This build counts with a good amount of armour, evasion, spell suppression and even some block chance. But since it uses many mandatory uniques, it might be hard to cap all your resistances and have a good life pool.

This build can easily achieve 15 million dps, but since it's poison, it needs a second to build up. It's a great single-target damage overall.
