Welcome to the Ultimate Gear Guide for Diablo 4 Season 6! Whether you're a seasoned veteran or a newcomer to the world of Sanctuary, this guide is designed to help you navigate the treacherous landscapes and emerge victorious. In Season 6, the stakes are higher, the enemies are fiercer, and the gear is more crucial than ever. Luckily, P4wnyhof shared tips and strategies for gearing on his YouTube channel, including where most Ancestral, Mythic items, and Runes drop and how to easily get Resistance and armor up for Torment tiers. If you are interested, keep reading.

Resistance

There are three items that boost your Resistance, which include Yen's Blessing, up to 35% Resistance to all elements, Tassets of the Dawning Sky (32.5%), and Rakanoth's Wake (35%). To get them, you can do an Infernal Horde, a Tormented boss, or the Obol gambling at The Purveyor of Curiosities vendor, which gives you Uniques, Mythic items, and Greater Affixes. The most opportune of gambling comes from boots.

One important thing before you gamble at The Purveyor of Curiosities is to press U and then click on the Season Blessings because we can get the Urn of Curiosities, which boosts the chance of receiving a second item when purchasing from the Purveyor of Curiosities. Activate this always.

You might have four points in total, so you can take the four points out from others like Urn of Remnants at the cost of 30,000 gold of D4 per point, and put the points into the Urn of Curiosities, then get them refunded for the next activity.

How to get more Obols

Open World Events is where we get the most Obols drop, and we're doing it in the Helltide because, meanwhile, you can get Aberrant Cinders and open chests for even more loot. This site shows you the current available Helltide and the location of every World Event spawn, which is a great tool to help you farm Obols easily. A second location would be the Pit, and you want to do it anyway to get into further Torment tiers and get your Glyphs upgraded.

Armor

For armor, you need 2,000 because every further Torment tier gives you 250, 500, 750, and 1,000 minus. The best item would be the amulet, which has an insane roll on total armor percentages, up to 74.2% total armor. Even a normal legendary amulet from the Purveyor has a standard roll of 32.5%. If you then put on any armor gem, it multiplies up much higher, or simply enchant the Juggernaut's Aspect on another piece of gear because this 419 armor times 74% is 729 armor.

Ancestral & Temper Recipes

One easy source of Greater Affixes is the Hell Maiden in the Helltide area. Kill her as much as possible, especially if she's a whisper because whispers are giving you so much loot, runes, and Infernal Compasses. Killing her also gives you one of the most important things on a fresh character - The Tempering Recipes, which allows you to add specific affixes to your gear, enhancing your character's abilities. Staying on her might be the best activity to get your first set of good items. There are other people around who will always help you as we have the party finder function. Press O and enter the Social page, click on List a Party, choose Open World Exploration for the Activity option and Helltide for the Activity Subtype option, and then list that party and hope for people to join you, or you can Find A Party if you like.

Runes & Mythics

Now, it comes to the big question - Runes- because you need tons of Runes to craft Mythic Uniques. Someone would say you can get them from Undercity, but the best way is killing Tormented Bosses, and it doesn't matter which Tormented tier you're doing because they're always dropping Runes. You can also get tons of materials for boss summoning from this, which can also be obtained by doing the Reputation and your Season Journey. You can also get yourself a Seething Opal of Torment. Or, if you finish a Realmwalker in Nahantu, you can get yourself Seething Opal of Socketable. With this Opal on, you'll get Runes by existing in the Helltide. Random big Elites and Hell Maiden all drop Runes.

Resplendent Sparks is a unique salvage material in Diablo 4, primarily used for crafting Mythic Unique items. Get one Resplendant Spark by killing Uber Lilith for the first time in a season on any difficulty and the other by completing the Season Journey and opening the Destroyer's Cache. Go to the Jeweler and make sure that you actually gather their respective Runes to craft what you need instead of going to the Blacksmith to get a random Mythic. For other Mythics, go to kill bosses. Great Bosses options include Living Steel, Shard of Agony, Mucus–Slick Egg, Sandscorched Shackles, and Pincushioned Dull.

Tributes & Undercity

Tributes are a new type of consumable that can be used to target farm items inside the Kurast Undercity in Diablo 4. You have to complete the Kurast Undercity Priority Quest to unlock the ability for Tributes to drop in various activities. You can get Tributes from many activities, like finishing the Tree of Whisper Activities, opening a chest, and killing summon bosses. These Tributes are amazing for getting yourself some summoning mats and Runes, but there's a rare one called the Tribute of Radiance. If you're using this one for an Undercity run, tons of items are dropping out. The most important is that you can do this on Torment all tiers, and the loot won't vary.
