Hallow's End event has started. The event lasts from Oct 18 to Nov 1, giving players plenty of time to obtain all the necessary achievements for  https://wow.zamimg.com/images/wow/icons/tiny/achievement_halloween_witch_01.gif Hallowed Be Thy Name. This is actually a really exciting event where we can get some actual awesome loot, as well as some really cool things, mainly for your Alts. Your Mains are probably a little bit better than this, but you can also move forward in your actual achievements towards getting your Violet Proto-Drake, and you can also get a mount drop in this event, so there's a chance for two mounts here, you should absolutely knock out all of these achievements right here to help you get your Violet Proto-Drake.

WLK Hallow-1

Most of them are extremely easy. Some of them are literally like, just get a Tooth Pick and use it. Some of them are just to throw https://wow.zamimg.com/images/wow/icons/tiny/inv_misc_bag_28_halloween.gifJack-o'-Lantern around or get transformed one by one, and you need to get transformed by all the wands.

Usually, a lot of people will trade the transformation. So if you need any help with any of these ones, just look for people in trade chat or in general chat that are trading. It's super easy. You can just AFK in Dalaran and probably get all of those. So if you grab the actual trick-or-treat things from all of the different ways around the world, the candy from it. It is actually a buff where you get a little bit of hit rating and attack power, and you can also get a defense rating. This is an actual buff you can use in the raids. It is an actual consumable, so go grab them now.

Headless Horseman

Let's talk about the most exciting thing, and that would be the Headless Horseman boss. Now there are multiple mounts that drop from this boss, but also the really exciting things are the gear is actually really nice.

Let me just show you that it's a 33 Agility ring, 29 Hit Crit, and attack power. These rings are pretty much almost on the exact same level as some classes. They are very close to something like a  Surge Needle Ring from Malygos, so these are a lot easier to get, and they cost you 15 000 gold. Also, you can obviously see that there are two rings for casters and one more Focus for healers, but that doesn't really mean anything. There is a plate Helm that is actually quite decent, with 86 strength and 102 stamina, and it has your normal sockets. It also has this on-use effect whenever you click it every 30 seconds.

The Headless Horseman just goes like some crazy stuff, and you also have the https://wow.zamimg.com/images/wow/icons/tiny/inv_sword_07.gif Horseman's Baleful Blade that drops, which is literally just as good as your previous. It is so close if you're buying a Titansteel Bonecrusher, or if you're a Rogue or any melee class, then look at this weapon. It is basically the same DPS 63 attack power, more stamina, and you're only switching out for pretty much agility and hit rating.

WLK Hallow-2

The weapon speed is even slower, so you're actually hitting harder from the Headless Horseman's weapon. It is only a main-hand weapon, but it is an extremely good pre-bis weapon for you to get, and it looks pretty cool. It looks like it's on fire, and then you have this on-use effect every 10 minutes to summon a bunch of these little pumpkins that will attack for you, and you'll see that they actually just cast this Fireball attack. This is a cheeky little item that we actually used in raids where you would use the actual CD, summon the ads and then swap to your normal weapons, so it would just add a tiny bit of extra DPS on bosses. It's a little like a parse thing, it's not a lot of damage, but it does a little bit, and interestingly enough, you can actually go into here at level 75 to do the daily quest.

The Headless Horseman can drop the following loot:

WLK Hallow-3

Now to summon the Headless Horseman, you will go to Scarlet Monastery Graveyard - the old school dungeon and what you will do is go with a group of five, most likely people that have not done the quest yet today, and every day you can just turn in this quest really quickly as you see in the background, and then you will summon the Headless Horseman to kill him. All you need to do is DPS him down all the way, and then his head will fly off. You go and DPS the head and then do this three times in a row. It's super simple. He is extremely weak, then he will drop his items at all the mounts, rings, weapons, and the helm are on a separate loot table, so it can be a ring mount and the helm. Also, he does drop a pet.

There are quite a few actually pretty cool things, and a cosmetic Helm that is just literally cosmetic puts a pumpkin on your head, and it gives you an achievement if you actually loot it as well as the pet. Now there are two cheeky things you should know about this, and you can enter here at level 75. You can do the quest to get your previous weapon and ring before you're even level 80.

https://wow.zamimg.com/images/wow/icons/tiny/inv_waepon_bow_zulgrub_d_02.gif Invocation of the Wickerman

If you're leveling your Alts, to do this, but right out here in front of Undercity is the Wickerman, where you can pick up both your quest for SouthShore as well as the Wickerman buff on your server from 8 pm to 6 am every single night. Invocation of the Wickerman buff will give you a two-hour buff to give you a 10 experience gain increase. You also get a reputation increase 10 for two hours. It is so easy to get if you're a horde, you just show up here, and there's going be little things on the ground. You just click that and get it; if you're Alliance, you have a little quest to do, and I think you defeat a mob. It's super simple every night, and you can get this buff just pretty much on repeat and stay buffed up to help you level even faster, and this goes on top of your heirlooms on top of Wintergrasp.

That's everything I want to talk about Hallow's End event. You can watch Sarthe's video to learn more details.

Good luck getting the mount as well as doing your achievements. It's really easy to do, and also, getting your rings and Buffs for your Alts. Right now, it is such a great time to level your alt, and I would bring any of my Alt into Scarlet Monastery, so you can enter the graveyard at literally, it might be level 20 that you need to be to enter the graveyard, but you can get those characters gear, and then just kind of save it until you're level 80. There's no reason that you need to be there at level 80 if you can Wrangle a group of friends to help you out.
