In this article, I'll be covering the top 15 best addons for WoW Classic Hardcore.

hardcore addons-1

Bagnon

It's good since there's a Search Bar; you can search for the items if you ever get lost. It is very good to search up, and there's this button – click to clean items that clean it up nicely organized.

KuiNameplates

The Nameplates look clean and nice. I like it a lot. If you're playing on a Rogue, it shows the combo points, so it's really nice and handy to have; other Nameplates kind of have to play around, but the presets for this are pretty damn nice.

Classic Bestiary

When I mouse over the screen, it shows by its Charge and Growl that it is very useful for a lot of zones because sometimes in the game, you tend to forget what mobs do, and this reminds you what they have and what they're capable of doing, so it can save your ads in a lot of cases.

Classic Castbars

For obvious reasons, you would want to know when they're casting and how long they're casting so that you can milk the cast and kick at the last second, avoiding all the hits he could have been doing, or just kick right off the bat, so you could avoid the dangers, so Classic Castbars is a must.

Cpt. Stadics' Vendor Treasures

This can come in quite nicely when you're walking around, and you might not know there's a secret vendor spot. I think it's pretty damn useful.

Target Health

You click the enemies, and it shows how much HP they have. In Classic WoW, if you don't have these, you don't know what you're up against, so I highly recommend this one, too.

What's Training?

Comes in very handy; there's a tab where you can see what abilities you'll get and how much it's going to cost coming soon at the next level 16. I'm level 15 right now on my Rogue and the ones I have already available. This way, you can tell when you really want to go back and train, so you get that ability you really want, which will be helpful and whatnot.

WeaponSwingTimer

They are going to be class-represented addons. The first is WeaponSwingTimer. If you are a melee, I highly recommend having it because it lets you know when your next swing is going to be, so you can time your abilities and know when your final swings will be to calculate if you need to use anything else to kill this mob.

NugEnergy

NugEnergy for Rogues or Feral Druids. Every time this takes, it lets you know that you're going to get your energies back.

Druid Bar

Unlike Retail WoW, you can't see your Mana bar, but having this addon will allow you to see how much Mana you have, so you don't have to calculate it in your head: do I need to heal and then go bear form, I don't have any Mana, I can't go bearing form, you won't run into that trouble, so if you're a Druid, please get this hat off since it's really good.

FiveSecondRule

Every time it ticks, it means you're regenerating your Mana, depending on your spirit, so if you're a Caster, get this hat on.

Questie

It is your all-time favorite – Qestie. An obvious question for many years. It's the best addon ever. Let you know where the quests are and where you pick up the items. Also, on the top right corner, it will show you one out of one or 10 out of 10, depending on how many you need to kill.

hardcore addons-4

Rested XP

They just had a big update. You can choose if you want to do survival or speed run. I'm going to go with survival. You can check mark whatever fits in your category and submit, and then you have this guide. It's pretty damn nice. I personally got this for free, so I love this addon. There is a step 1 to 20, 20-30, 30-40. It basically guides you. There's an arrow that points to the guard. You could click the guard. Next, you go to Marshal McBride, talk to him, turn the question, tells you where to go, tells you what to kill, and there's a targeting system, it's very handy, but there is a paywall, so if you want something free and similar to this checkout guideline.

Guideline or Joana's Guide

It's another highly recommended addon that a lot of people use past steps as well if you want to just use a website. A lot of people are using Joanna's guide, and he has a little speed-running route. I'm not sure if it has all the safe quests, and there might be death skips, which you wouldn't want to do in hardcore, so be careful about those.

Extended Character Stat

For the max level, I'm just going to throw a few here, one of them being extended character stats. You can see all your stats deep within, and you have to look at your book or try to calculate the numbers; it's all here.

DID YOU KNOW?
MmoGah is the most trustworthy digital game goods store. Here you can buy hardcore gold easily with low prices and fast delivery.

Details

You want to look at the thread meter - the Damage Done, and you can also track interrupts feelings. You could do a lot of custom stuff with it.

DBM - Deadly Boss Mods

If you're new to Classic and you're scared of dungeons or raids, this will allow you to step out or step in in certain mechanics, and it'll come in handy. I'm back because my editor reminded me I forgot one addon.

Leatrix Map and Leatrix Plus

Leatrix map and normal Leatrix. Make the map a lot smaller so that you don't have the whole screen covered, and you can kind of see mobs as you're fighting if you're in danger or not while you're trying to look up a quest. This is a quality-of-life changer, and play around with what you like. You will like it. Good luck on the hardcore journey.
