ESO Builds: Endgame Templar Werewolf PvE – Scribes of Fate
In The Elder Scrolls Online, becoming a Werewolf opens up many new unparalleled abilities, allowing you to tear through enemies in seconds. In this guide, Plitzzy shows you a PvE Werewolf build, which can help you complete most group content, such as Trials and Dungeons.
Note that this build will use Mythic and Trial gear, meaning it's not a beginner-friendly build. Also, Stamina and hybrid builds might have Penetration issues, depending on your group composition. Lastly, please use the build as a template because different situations require different builds, skills, gear, etc.

Skill Setup
Brutal Pounce allows you to cast Brutal Carnage when activated twice. Brutal Carnage causes the enemies to bleed for 1302 Bleed Damage over 10 seconds and deals up to 450% more damage to enemies under 100% Health. This ability increases your Weapon and Spell Damage by 100 for each enemy hit, up to 6 times.
Howl of Agony is your spammable. It lets enemies who are feared or facing you take 25% more damage from this attack.
Deafening Roar is slotted for Major Savagery.
Claws of Anguish is a DoT. It does Disease Damage and afflicts enemies with Major Defile.
Hircine's Rage is your heal, and when you use it at full Health, you instead restore Stamina and gain Major Berserk. This skill is also your main source of Major Brutality.
Werewolf Berserker (Ultimate) allows you to deal more Bleed Damage with Light Attacks.
Alternative Sets
• Coral Riptide
• Tzogvin's Warband
• Whorl of the Depths
• Aegis Caller
• Venomous Smite
• Berserking Warrior
• Back-Alley Gourmand
• Mantle of Siroria
• Order's Wrath
• Hunding's Rage
Coral Riptide isn't a bad choice considering sustain is pretty bad on Werewolves.
Aegis Caller is a strong proc set, so you can choose this set if you want to swap out Arms of Relequen or even Pillar of Nirn.
Venomous Smite is another good proc set.
Berserking Warrior still has its place in terms of damage.
Back-Alley Gourmand is also a solid set if you need more Critical Damage.
Whorl of the Depths and Mantle of Siroria are not bad sets either, but make sure you use jewelry and weapons because they are Light armor.
If you need a budget build, you can combine Hunding's Rage and Order's Wrath with a Monster set of your choice.
If you use the Oakensoul Ring, your DPS will be 5K-8K lower.
Note that Back-Alley Gourmand, Mantle of Siroria, and Whorl of the Depths are Light armor, so they may or may not work with your build. Berserking Warrior is Heavy armor.

Rotation
Once you cast Brutal Pounce twice, cast six or seven skills until you need to cast it again. During this time, keep up Hircine's Rage and Claws of Anguish, and then just use Howl of Agony as your spammable.
That is the endgame build for a Templar Werewolf. If you like Plitzzy's video, don't forget to subscribe to his channel for future content.
