Weapon Damage

The Way of the Fire gives you extra DPS every time you deal damage with a weapon, and the effect occurs every two seconds.

The Rallying Cry gives you a lot of Critical Resistance, and you will also get Weapon and Spell Damage after you critically heal yourself.

The one-piece Armor of Trainee is slotted for the extra Magicka, Health, and Stamina.

Skill Setup

Streak is your main escape mechanism, and it does some damage. The more you cast it within four seconds, the more it will cost. So you need to use it sparingly. One of the big issues of this build is that it is squishy. So Streak is really necessary to get out of tight situations where you can't heal or tank whatever damage is being thrown at you.

Crushing Shock is your spammable, and it does pretty good damage. The skill also sets your enemies off balance and stuns them if they're casting.

Crystal Fragments is slotted for its burst damage when it's proced.

Summon Twilight Matriarch is slotted as your burst heal and also for access to Daedric Summoning passives.

Resolving Vigor will be your source of Minor Resolve, and it's a decent healing ability. This ability will proc your Rallying Cry set easily.

Power Overload (Ultimate) allows you to do a ton of damage with Light Attacks, meaning it is a good way to use it with Crushing Shock and Crystal Fragments.

Rotation

The rotation is super simple: You just need to open up with Power Overload. Light Attack and Power Overload with Crushing Shock. Keep doing this until your Crystal Fragments procs.
